Sunday, June 7.

A new day starts tomorrow.

I begin Men's Health magazine's Abs Diet.

It's not really a diet, because it's actually going to work.

I don't have to restrict any foods. It's just about making better choices and moving a little bit.

So begins my new project for the summer.

The goal: 20 pounds of fat lost in 10 weeks.

Let's do this.


  1. You just have blogs everywhere don't you.

  2. It helps a lot if you write down everything. Fat, fiber, protein and calories. Maybe that's just a "hey i'm hailey and crazy anal bob graham admires my ocd" thing but it's just something that's worked for me.
